Antonblast: Part 23: Hell Manor (All 4 Items, No Paul)
16Here it is, the final stage of ANTONBLAST! So final that Satan has a unique intermission when starting this level and ONLY for this level.

Right from the jump, you can't take much of a breather when starting this stage out. Why?
Because as soon as it starts, IT'S HAPPY HOUR!
You have 8 minutes to beat the whole stage, or you may have to start over. However, as of this video, there is ONE (1) Checkpoint you can use near the middle of the stage that will always respawn you at 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
The final Spirit of this game is super-locked behind a combination of all four Blocks. You'll find their Detonators as you blast your way through this final stage.
To really revel it in as a finale, you will encounter almost every past enemy in the game and ALSO utilize almost all of your weird transformations and transportations, such as the Sewer Shark, the Jetpack,Tornado Form, Bomb Form, Torpedo Form, and MORE!

The main items besides the Spirit are reached by going through an obstacle course for each of them, with the room that has the door leading to these courses being called "Prayers".
In the "First Prayer" room, its door leads to "Aquarius, where you have to carefully swim through floating bodies of water a la The Big Bath against Hate Mines and such in order to reach the last of Annie's Mementos.
In the "Second Prayer" room, its door leads you to a crate bouncing challenge upwards called "Antithesis". If you screw up, you'll have to try again with the time limit still ticking down. You'll win the Cassette Tape of this stage, and the ONE (1) Checkpoint in this level will be waiting for you on the other side of the Second Prayer room.
In the "Third Prayer" room, its door leads to... the easiest of the Prayer challenges, really. It's called "Dippo's Surprise". Do a charged Antomic Bomb downwards and then fight the enemies that drop on you. They will be covered in an explosive Hateful green. But you can shake this off by shaking the ground with another Antomic Bomb. Beating this challenge will give you a Spray Paint that gives Anton & Annie Satan's red(dish) colors.

After hitting all four Block Detonators and getting that Spirit, you get chased by a wall of lava. You make your way to the elevator and...
DAMMIT! It's another Big Bath trap!
So now you have to bust yourself out of there and go through yet another course towards the REAL elevator.
Luckily, you do get to cause even more chaos on your way towards there. The Brulo Mech from Deviled Gardens makes one last comeback to basically pave a Victory Lap for you. Let nothing stand in your way. BLAST THEM ALL AWAY!
And then you take the Jetpack one more time... and the Bossbusters return to chase after you on their blimp!
By the time you reach that last Jetpack, if you don't have at least 26 or so seconds left to get to that real elevator, you might as well try again!

One last thing... About that final Hidden Paul...
Indeed, you do need to get the other 11 Pauls from the previous levels first, but I realized that was only the first half of the puzzle. The path towards this stage's Paul is left from the fake elevator, but it isn't breakable until...
Well... you not only have to get the first 11 Pauls, but you also have to beat Satan, himself, and then come back to play this whole level all over again!
Looks like I know what I'll have to do next. The game is almost over, like Satan himself said at the beginning.
But by the time it IS over, it won't be ME who'll be left crying!
