The challenge is on the 3rd level of the game.
The key thing is to keep moving and try to use explosive and fire to take out enemies since that is where the big points are. There are a few control panels scattered around the level which when destroyed give a brief window for double points.
The drops from destroyable scenery seems to be random and the blue door item roulette can be tought to get the point items but if you manage to do it they greatly increase your score.
