Hello everyone! My name is Kaleigh, as most of you know. In today's video, I walk you through a technique called sensory grounding. It's commonly used to help ease or stop anxiety attacks, and works very efficiently. I also put some soothing music in the background, rather than some killer ukulele music. ;)
Anxiety is something I've dealt with for a very long time now, and I know just how bad it can be. If for whatever reason this video didn't help you, and you feel like you might do something rash, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255
I made this video because a lot of people come to me for help with anxiety and depression problems, but sadly, some people who suffer are too embarrassed to ask for help. Always remember that you ARE loved, especially by me, and if nothing else, you've at least got that.
Thank you all so much for watching my videos. If you liked it, please hit that LIKE button to let me know, and so that it'll be added to you "liked videos" playlist so that you can find it again easily.
Also, please SUBSCRIBE because I try to make at least two videos a month, and my goal is 100 subscribers by the end of 2017.
