Anxiety, Metaphors, and MBTI
I get asked about anxiety a lot and wanted to share my thoughts on it - well, anxiety, metaphors, and MBTI. More specifically, how I think you can get more control over your anxiety through understanding the metaphors you use to describe anxiety, and also how the cognitive functions in your MBTI code show you what you can do to re-take control of your anxiety - if that's what you want to do with it. :)
Once again, this is a new format I'm working on in hopes to improve the quality and presentation of my videos. Let me know what helped and what constructive criticism you think of.
