AoW4 - The (Underground) Meta?

Welcome back to We Play Games! The Watcher Patch looks like it is close to coming out of beta, so I decided to go ahead and make a video exploring the new way the Underground works, as well as introduce a faction designed to really leverage Underground Adaptation. I'll throw some timestamps up including a few Autobattles with commentary, but we'll be doing a full stream with the faction on July 29th that I'll link below if that's what you are into.
The Underground Adaptation Mind perk often sat at the very edge of being viable, even going back to the Wyvern update, but it ran into some serious problems with reliance on RNG. Thankfully, with the Watcher patch, the Underground is a lot more predictable in terms of its payoffs, making the pick viable! I think it generally plays best to its strengths, so I advocate making an economy that can really leverage tons of gold very quickly, but fortunately the game gives you a lot of options in that regard.
