AP-0 skill allows you to attack enemy without expense any action point (AP). The skill is understandably came with heavy pricy of 3 slots. The skill is very useful with machine gun and rifle user in my experience since they usually unable to counterattack more than once because of the AP consumption.
The skill is learned from HOSHUN MK112 leg part and equipping no grenade type weapon.
