APB: Reloaded Beta 2.1 - That TV's Bigger than my House! - New Engine! - 20/12/2020
9Hey guys! There was another APB: Reloaded 2.1 Beta Test last weekend I can happily report that the progress looks good as the performance seemed to be noticeably better than the previous test once again. It's looking good for the new engine all in all, I feel like there's still some testing and fixing to be done but Little Orbit are definitely going the right way with it, this is looking real promising and I'm looking forward to the next test! :D
I played another financial mission on the new engine in today's video this time with LTL weapons as the map turned to Night so if you were wondering how the financial looks at night this is a pretty good example of though. This was just a for fun mission but I figured I would upload it to the channel anyway as it does show more of the engine and that's good for people that might have missed the test.
I'll try to upload at least one mission from every Beta Test for you guys so you can see how progress is coming along and I think it'll be nice to see it over the course of these videos too. I brought up a few bugs to the developers (mostly audio) but they said that they are focusing on performance before tackling these (which is fair enough) and they are most certainly getting there that's for sure. Keep it up devs! :)
