Ape will not be delisted due to DRS, even if 80%, 90%, 95% or 99% of the float is DRS'd, APE will still not be delisted. As the shares would be registered at the DTCs account at Computershare.
However, if all shares are registered then any and all additional shares must be cancelled and shorts recalled.
However, DRS may not be necessary/may not be effective, GME still hasn't squeezed yet, and GME is still being heavily shorted, over 60% of all shares traded are being shorted on a daily basis still.
