After taking several months off, I've resumed playing through Portal and Portal 2 mods for the channel! This time around it's Aperture Tag, which was released on Steam in 2014 and is so far the only mod that one needs to pay actual money in order to get. The twist here is that instead of a portal gun, we solve puzzles using a paint gun that shoots repulsion and propulsion gel.

Like most of the Portal mod playthroughs I've done, this will be a non-blind playthrough. I enjoyed this mod when I first played it years ago, but my opinion has soured since then for several reasons, which I will go into more detail about later. We shall see if this run changes my thinking at all...

Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative is a community-made mod for Portal 2, inspired by TAG! The Power of Paint. The familiar Portal 2 gels are now contained within the Aperture Science Paint Gun Device and it's your job to test it out!
