HINT: So the part where most people get stuck on is the area where there are wrecked subway cars. You go to the end of that path and you will see a blue pallet and three blue barrels. Place one barrel on the pallet so it is standing up and teleport onto the barrel, then you can teleport onto the edge and continue. Totally brutal, took me like 45minutes to figure it out. I hope this helps guys!
