Apex Legends Season 9 Arenas Is Just A Live Combat Training Mode
0At least Ranked gives you a goal to work towards if you want it, like the badge, weapon cosmetic and temporary dive trail (not something I care about, which is why I don't play Ranked)
Arenas give you nothing that the regular Battle Royale mode doesn't already give. The only reason to play Arenas is to play against one other team 3v3 for practice. The Daily/Weekly Challenges are mostly for the Arenas now too so you're forced to play it if you want to level up your Battlepass quickly.
Until they give us specific Rewards for playing Arenas just like how Ranked has it then I'm not going to play it, not even for the Battlepass, which is trash this season anyways. Just like Season 8, I'm probably going to stop playing until the next season comes out. Valkyrie is a fun new legend to play as, but you're not always going to be able to pick her everytime you play and every other character I liked to play we always gets nerfed so fuck it.
That's why I barely play Apex Legends anymore
