What could have caused the bug:
1) using crafter right after jumping off zipline
2) using crafter DURING landing animation off of zipline
3) using crafter right next to zip triggering both

What happens AFTER the bug occurs:
1) Inventory does not appear (tab)
2) Healing items do not work
3) Tactical and ultimate abilities do not work
