Apex Server hosting is withholding our server world files over a miscommunication with our server admin. There is no reason for them to be withholding all our hard work over a misunderstanding, and a case of mistaken identity. They have mistakenly mixed our server up with another server and are refusing to listen to or heard our server admins case.

Apex server hosting is trash, and to say their customer service is unprofessional would be an understatement. Our community has spent months working on and developing our server. Full with our own personal areas, as well as NUMEROUS community projects, and events.

Now it's all gone because a hosting service wasnt to ignore any attempt at reconciliation.

Please consider sharing this video around and making the larger minecraft community aware of this issue. This is the first time Apex has pulled a stunt like this. When your business relies heavily on word of mouth, and the good standing your company has with the community. It puts your company in very bad light to hold a communities work hostage over a misunderstanding.
