If the app store won't download apps your going to want to first

1. Restart your phone and try reloading it
2. Make sure the wifi settings are all good by resetting both the network settings and your modem / router
3. Try closing out all running apps and restart your iphone
4. Check for an ios update which can fix any bugs or glitches
5. Try downloading the app directly through itunes
6. Do a hard reset as a last resort
