Appealing a Copyright Claim from Rooster Teeth
A few days ago I received a False Copyright Claim from Rooster Teeth over my Rare Replay: Banjo-Kazooie video; I Disputed on the grounds of Fair Use. Nothing in this video was taken from Rooster Teeth or any other Content Creator; I bought as well as played this game over five years ago, voiced, recorded, and uploaded it on September 15, 2015. It's my Original Content; I'm the one who made this video recorded with the Elgato Game Capture I bought, played on a Console I purchased, and everything else involved in the voicing/editing process was also bought by me.
Rooster Teeth has rejected my Dispute, and if they expect me to roll over out of fear of losing my Channel when I'm the one who has been wronged; they're sadly mistaken.
Can someone at @YouTube please explain to @Rooster Teeth what Fair Use is, and how they DON'T have a right to Copyright Claim a smaller Channels 5 year old vid. Yes, I know this doesn't have many views, but it's still MY CONTENT! #FairUse
