Extra info: I left the screen protectors on the devices as I had no replacements at the time. However, I have since looked at the 1st Gen iPad without the screen protector, against the 2nd Gen iPad and there was very little difference. There was a difference, but hardly any change to the brightness & contrast comments I made in this video.
