Apple now has a team focused on creating a rival to ChatGPT
41Apple appears to have finally decided to react in the AI race. After resisting the development of generative AI chatbots and seeing competitors surge ahead, the company has finally created a dedicated area to develop a tool similar to ChatGPT.
According to journalist Mark Gurman, who reported the information in his weekly Bloomberg newsletter, the new team was created with a focus on developing a more advanced search experience integrated into its product ecosystem.
