Apple Rejects MoltenVK App for "Non-Public" API Usage

Recently Apple announced they have depricated support for OpenGL on iOS and Mac OS leading cross platform developers to find an alternative. One such alternative was using Vulkan and MoltenVK to run on the Metal SDK. Today Apple just rejected an app, seemingly based on it's usage of MoltenVK, because MoltenVK is using non-public APIs. Ouch. Walled garden defense by Apple or a mistake by the developer or MoltenVK team? Time will tell.
