This is Chizuru, and from what I've read on Mizuumi's entry on this game, she's top tier.

Normally she has quick moves, can get in close very quickly and can even slowly heal from damage over time.

Another Story beefs her up a bit, but Score Attack like most fighters that have that option take things to the next level. Now to be honest, the fights to get to Chizuru were cake due to me just out-prioritizing most moves with my Chizuru, the only trouble I had was with the sub-boss Ma-Ryan and how she has a Gill-esque Resurrection super for her partner, which gives about half the person's life back.

Chizuru...her healing is buffed, and she gains super meter like a running faucet. Which she'll use constantly for a super that gives her Super Armor where she can't be stunned or take damage AT ALL until the meter completely empties out. All her moves are powered ala Final Bison from Alpha 3, and when she does decide to unload supers instead of waiting it out with her Super Armor BS, she'll still own you because even if blocked, her supers will almost ALWAYS break your guard and leave you open.

If there's a weakness to exploit with her, (Projectiles maybe?) I haven't found it. And maybe there isn't. Since the game is merciful enough to give you a trophy for reaching her as opposed to beating her.

And yet, I still think she's less of a bitch than Parace L'Sia of Arcana Heart's Score Attack infamy. But then again who's worse than Parace in all honesty?
