New Script: The "Update Arch Mirrors" button now runs a script that uses the rate-mirrors utility.
Functionality: This script refreshes and saves the mirror list to /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist.
Critical Note: Do not interrupt the script during execution. For example, halting the process might result in an incomplete or corrupted mirror list.
