Just in this short span you're killing her adopted father and grandfather, you find out you're an immortal Magus, and you're the whipping girl for a mad scientist who makes Georg Weissman (Trails in the Sky) look like a saint. On top of that, now he is inhabiting a cloned body of you, also became a Magus during the course of the game, and is attempting to summon Ahriman. Give a girl a break.

Fun fact: The untranslated text at the end is actually the "Hymn to Ahriman" written by noted historical poet Giacomo Leopardi. The original poem is in Italian, so straight translating that is probably not a good idea.
