** New Game Plus isn't really a feature so much as it's a bug, but it is very simple to do. Load a saved game, then go back to the Title screen and start a new game. The contents of Roger's Storage will be whatever was in it in the saved game you loaded. Therefore if you wanted to transfer everything unequip everything and stick them in Roger's Storage. Note that you can only carry 255 of any item in the Storage, and you can't transfer money or levels this way, nor can you sell items in this game, so this is the most useful with equipment, thrown weapons, and catalysts.
