That last part can be overridden by Poison and easily is for 6.3 beta, but Eshin Maneaters had a custom workaround for a similar issue (Sundering overriding Weeping Blade) and we can expect something similar here. It's actually still a good unit anyway, but you gain so much from campaign techs, losing Sundering for Poison isn't even that big a loss... for now.
