Fortnite has been monetizing it's battle royale game with Compendiums and I personally absolutely prefer that to all the slimy lootboxes we have been seeing lately. Because of how huge Fortnite has become we might actually start seeing some game companies try monetizing using Compendiums instead of Lootboxes and I for one am super happy about that.
