So this electric cart converter that does 36v to 12 does suck and I’ll explain why I use it, since it’s 12 dollars and nt 60 ie 36v bulbs are rare and expensive...if left on by accident it can warp your battery in 2 weeks to a month..but I use it if I need to flip it on sometimes for traffic. correction, I do have a couple soldered welds on the pulse circuit and inside...but they are welded nt soldered. The coil though is glued because solder can end up destroying capacitors etc. Bearings were a little off, had to torque those again. Sometimes it takes 5 torques rather than 1 or 2. Sometimes bringiing the curse back from atlantis takes some work getting used to. Anyways bulbs aren’t expensive but the ones with the wick only r rare and can go for like 20 dollars a pc.

So I untensioned the chain, and it was difficult, we are dealing with a tight chain, that warped and wore out the sprockets, since I got it in 2008? 2010? IDR. Anyways, I had no choice but to loosen the chain to a 31mm gap, very close to 35mms due to the wear it created, Ill be getting new sprokets, chain, etc..maybe in fall. A loose chain though, is best for bikes that have gone through lots of ware and tear. I use an impact gun and just torque the hell out of it 10 or so times, at 280 torque. I did 3 or 4 but that caused the sprocket to wobble. The problem might stem from me getting the bike, and bending the bar by using it for newspaper delivery and jumping off a ledge when i shouldnt have. It may have to be facing a certain direction, so i might tighten the chain again later.
