79Heavy sleds have a tough slog for relevance, but they have armor and mass to carry them over difficult snow. They're niche, but niche is not useless in my book. So, any good? Yes. Preferable to light sleds? Not in a lot of situations... but sometimes, yes. That's my verdict.
