It's Hellflayer Time! Borrowing a mechanic from the Exalted Daemonettes, this is a luxury grade infantry mulcher. I think I did them a disservice pairing them with infantry that didn't inflict Fear on its own (i.e. slacker mortals). Some units are just good at securing the win. Well, I'm sure you can use them pretty effectively in a "balanced" army, as much as Slaanesh does balance at least.
