The Marauder Chariot brings some very formidable things for its cost... and since it counts as a Marauder unit, it'll benefit from a lot of Marauder techs. It's there to be a blunt instrument against your foes.
The Ice Wolf Chariot not only has Frostbite but moves at frightening speed, able to keep pace with Marauder Horsemen, and even untethered Ice Wolves are only slightly faster. They hurl some axes for insult to injury.
