Both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One will be launching this fall at very close price ranges. Great third party games like Watch Dogs, The Crew, Assassin's Creed IV are all coming to both consoles and each have their own exclusives. Xbox One has Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5, and Dead Rising 3 while PS4 has inFamous Second Son, Killzone Shadow Fall, and Knack.
