[Area-Final!!]-[Doom 2 mod]-[100%]..magiX into: Hocus Pocus 3D - [code-used] fantasy fps action game
[As you have noticed from the title here - I have used the 'God' invulnerability code at the very end of this boss battle. It was just unexpectedly very tough - something for which I did not sign up for from the beginning. Honestly, I thought he'd go down within the 1st round but the fighting kept going on and on for multiple rounds and I wasn't expecting this. My health was already low and I knew I was most likely have to start the whole figging level all over again - which was a huge one to begin with. So I have used the code to just finish him off already without taking any more damage and finish the game already. The only game (so far) that has dragged on for long enough already, I felt, and swallowed a lot of bs from and couldn't take the mental abuse anymore.
Furthermore, before deciding to use the 'code,' I have made some analysis of the present situation. Up until so far, I didn't beat and fly through the levels flawlessly - some needed significant (few) re-plays until I got it 'right.' However at this boss, I estimated I would need 4-5 days and around 3 hours of intense play per each day to gain enough practice to take him down - something I decided it's not worth my time. And it's especially hard with those large gaps in the ground there in the circular area (in which you can easily fall down in) in which you have to keep moving fast with no cover and then turn to face him so you can fire at him - all meanwhile he's peppering you with fast moving projectiles and messing with the floor you're walking on.
And so I just don't have that kind of time at my luxury. I just had enough of this game already as it was, deleted it and moved on with my life (and to a new game). So there you have it folks. I would not use codes easily (unless I feel I really must) and I think it reflects poorly upon the game which makes me to use one. The end of a game shouldn't be 5x as hard as the rest of it with no warning. If it would require preparation, I don't mind putting the reasonable time and effort into it - but I don't like and don't appreciate as a player on being thrown into nasty and unpredictable situations like this. I don't like to be mentally abused like this. So please accept my apology (if it was really needed) and have fun viewing the game *smile]
Welcome to a brand new game :) This is sort of like a miracle game for me because I have loved the 2D original done by Apogee (also on my channel here) but now due to this great (thanks!!) mod, it transforms the adventure into a breathtaking 3D one. I am very surprised this isn't a paid product because it should be. It's very consistent all throughout, just zero bugs or mistakes and offers a fantastic adaptation of the original game. I am not sure however, if it is a true 1to1 representation of the original game but surely a lot of good, actually great intelligent solid decisions were made on how to go with the level design on this. Funnily enough, aside from defeating monsters, this game is also about collecting gems - and guess what? - I'm a gem too, so I guess we're all related here HAHA. Anyway great job on this - a 12/10 experience for me -
