Mirror Bay Triple Decker is Recipe #11 in the Nancy Drew Cookbook. You cook hamsteak, then cook it in a mixture of orange juice, brown sugar and pineapple slices. I misread the recipe, so I added pineapple juice instead of slices. That's how I normally cook pineapple hamsteak. It ended up being a typical ham and pineapple meal, albeit one that produces large amounts of smoke.
