Detective Pikachu Returns (Part 18): The Destroyed Statue
6Part 18 of 43, of a walkthrough for "Detective Pikachu Returns". Tim talks to some people whose Pokemon will soon become important. He sees Brad investigating the crime scene at the fountain. Tim examines the crime scene himself. He concludes that an electric Pokemon move was used to destroy the statue. Since Pikachu can't use any moves, he must be innocent.
Tim talks to the people at the Hi-Hat Cafe. Pablo is able to give an alibi for Pikachu, as Pikachu was watching the news last night, when the statue was destroyed. Tim visits Detective Pikachu in jail, and they discuss the case. They agree that Pikachu is innocent, and the culprit is probably a different Pikachu.
The purple cube is used to force Pikachu to leave the room. Tim talks with Inspector Holiday. He disapproves of Chief Butler, who has detained a lot of Pokemon recently. Chief Butler and the PPB seem to be keeping a lot of secrets. Chief Butler interrupts the conversation, which only makes him seem more suspicious.
