Details:
Like every other stage in this game, this stage is located somewhere on the Shimabara peninsula, where one can also see ''Amakusa Castle'' in the background.

Only in arcade mode, there is a chance of Amakusa appearing in the background, changing the background first to 1/4 different ''magic spell'' background, after which the background changes to a more ''evil'' or ''darker'' version of that background.

While only in VS mode, when both players have won 1 round and both have little life left, the background will change to a ''climax'' background.
