I'm using teleport and smooth turning at 40% speed.

Fairly slow level. Be sure to run past almost all zombies while passing the bridge and along the path to the orange car (1:22), only kill the zombies blocking the path. When you unlock the orange car and the horde of zombies comes (5:28), quickly run to the end of the level.
