ARK: Extinction - How to build a base - Tek shop (no mods)
284In this How to build a base tutorial I wanted to design the base to look like a futuristic scrap dealer, building, repairing and trading in Enforcers and anything Tek and mech.
I tried to mimic the new city section of Extinction by building on different levels with a lot of angles and sloped sections. I used silver and sky paint all over the build in patches to match the colours. With the introduction of Cryopods for dinosaur storage, base design can take a whole new path.
In this tutorial, there are a lot of Ark building ideas and building tips that can be used on your own building designs.
This base was built on official settings with no mods so it can be built on Ark Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Ark Survival Evolved has amazing building mechanics, there are endless ways to design and build your base.
The Homestead update introduced many more new structures to play with.
