After 4 months of preparation, I'm proud to announce:
We have officially closed our Series Seed Round of funding at a $40M Valuation. We've raised +$2.7M in additional funding. This brings our total funding to $4.7M before Series A.
To top it all of, some of the best news of all -- After months of negotiations we have lined up an asset acquisition deal with a wonderful AR Company. This move is allowing us to not only launch our APP/WEB Platform Beta by April 1st, but also to ship HARDWARE at launch as well.
