UPDATE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-GF5vW0Xfk

As with my Asylum mod, this is still in its beta stage. That means feedback is important to help improve the mod.

Installation:
Refer to my mod installation video as it does outline the basics of installing any of the arkham mods:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZoKGV06m23Q

First, set your preferred settings in the game launcher. Make sure detail settings is 'extreme' if you want to utilize texture mods. Disable ambient occlusion and dx11 features. As for physx, i haven't bothered testing it despite having a gtx 970 as i personally don't like physx. Physx on medium settings should work fine with the mod though. MSAA needs to be disabled too. This is important if you want to add advanced post processing effects like ambient occlusion, global illumination etc. Apply your settings and quit.

Reach your config files - C:\Users\(You)\Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config\

- Make a back-up copy of any config files you edit.

Open BmEngine.ini
Press Ctrl+F and search for SystemSettings, under [SystemSettings] make the following value changes:
DepthOfField=False
MaxAnisotropy=16
ShadowFilterQualityBias=0
MaxShadowResolution=2048 // change to '1024' for faster performance, '3072' or above for better quality
ShadowFilterRadius=8.000000 - (currently looking into better shadow values, so i may update these changes listed)

For the following steps, locate the game installation folder. You can do this by right clicking the game on steam and selecting properties. Go to the local files tab and select browse local files.

To skip intro videos -
Go to \steamapps\common\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Movies\ - rename or remove the following:
bac_logo.usm
Startup.swf
StartupNV.swf

You require a suitable extracting program for the following steps, i recommend downloading WinRAR - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm - use this to extract .rar files.

Texture Package:
http://adf.ly/1lUns7 - V4
- includes three cape textures (velvet, threaded and studded). Also includes remastered suit and updated texture pack. Texture file sizes have been heavily reduced. Will add special textures (different sky colours and bloodfx) soon. You may require a sufficient amount of vram on your GPU. Selecting only a cape and suit texture should have a minor impact on vram requirements.

Textures require 'Texmod' to work. Texmod software is found in Texture Package file. Open Texmod, run the application and select package mode. Select BatmanAC.exe as target application. Go to the smaller folder icon and use it to find the downloaded texture files. Run the game with selected texture(s). Would advise installing the game on your fastest drive. Don't be silly and run two cape textures or two texture packs at once as they would directly interfere with each other. You will always need to launch the game through Texmod to use the textures.

Reshade Presets: http://adf.ly/1lUnox - Installation info found in readme file. Also includes some shaders by Loxa and PirateKitty
of the Reshade forum. To uninstall simply delete the d3d9 files in the installation folder. If you want to configure your own reshade settings, refer to this site as a guide: https://reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/2501-reshade-3-0-guide-for-newcomers

I added three preset modes to use for Reshade. 'Lightmode' will aid for weaker computers, while still keeping most of the features including mxao shader. 'Regular' is still quite a hit fps-wise. 'HighQuality' boosts the sample count for more realistic ambient occlusion and is used in the video. You can delete any shaders if you want to reduce performance impact, i recommend deleting light adaptation in that case, as i believe it has the biggest impact in general on fps. It can also be toggled with 'L' in-game.

Enabling global illumination: this will impact frame rate just a bit more. You have to install reshade first. To enable the effect, simply find the MXAO.fx file, which is located in - \Batman Arkham City GOTY\Binaries\Win32\reshade-shaders\Shaders\
Open MXAO.fx and change 'MXAO_ENABLE_IL 0' to 'MXAO_ENABLE_IL 1' - save the changes and global illumination is enabled.

Reshade 3 of course required (find at bottom of page): https://reshade.me/

What's next?:
Most likely an asylum update. Might feature a graphics mod for another game soon as this channel isn't only for arkham games.

May have more info in the comments section, as i couldn't fit everything in the description.
