I've attempted to simulate rich lighting and overall detail. I'm trying to make this game hold up graphically well alongside more recent games.

You can expect the Reshade settings (and extra presets) to be shared alongside the next Asylum Texture Pack update. Not sure on the ETA. It mostly depends on if and when i manage to permanently replace textures instead of having to rely on Texmod.

For those unaware, i'm a modder responsible for the Arkham Asylum & City texture packs, even the NieR: Automata texture pack. You can find out more on my Youtube channel or by checking one of my Steam guides: http://steamcommunity.com/id/GPUnity/

The default ambient occlusion for Asylum is extremely low in quality. To replace the AO, i've injected MXAO. Some other effects i've injected include: SMAA, Bloom, Adapative Fog and Eye Adaptation. Some config edits were also made to improve overall lighting. I'm also not using physx, but this mod is still compatible with it.

Thanks to 'thalixte' in the Reshade forums, who was able to get depth buffer access for Asylum. It isn't a simple process getting the depth buffer working for Reshade, i will add instructions how to do so in the Arkham Asylum Steam graphics guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1159691355
