As the name implies, ARM SMASH will destroy one arm of enemy's wanzer in one hit no matter how much the HP is. For a skill that is so neat, it is fair to come with the heavy price of 4 slots. But remember, when enemies don't have any arm to attack anymore they tend to surrender.
It is obtainable by equipping FOURA M12A arm part and single-hit weapon, that includes missile, shotgun, melee, and rifle.
