DePBO tools are a part of Arma 3 Tools, available in Steam - Library - Tools.
If you also google for Arma DePBO, you will be able to find several community-made tools that do the same job. Mikero's dePBO, good ol' Amalfi's unPBO, or Eliteness just to name a few.

CreateSimpleObject has so many potential uses and brings a very interesting concept that has been previously missing in the game, I decided that it deserves its own video.
