ArmA 3 - Optmisation is terrible

0So while I've had this game for some time, I haven't played much. Anyway I noticed it was really quite laggy at first, so I started the video with all graphics set to minimum settings though still only got around 30fps. Then I let the game auto detect my settings (putting them to Ultra on all fronts), yet the fps remains the same.
