Continuing the seemingly unending revival of point & click games Jon gets to grips with the claymation adventure game - Armikrog.
Off the back of their successful Kickstarter, Pencil Test Studios bring us a spiritual successor to The Neverhood. Armikrog is a stop motion, point and click title that sees you guiding intrepid explorer Tommynaut (and his faithful companion Beak-Beak) through the mysterious levels of the towering Armikrog fortress. Solving a variety of puzzles along the way.
With lovingly created claymation models and hand built sets this game has a fantastic, tactile aesthetic and the characters themselves are brought to life some brilliant voice acting that gives this game some real warmth and humor. Though the puzzles will see you tearing your hair out and frantically clicking of every inch of the screen.
