For context the second wave of enemies spawn in if you can take out enough MTs within 45 seconds. But staying in the air prevents them from spawning. And due to how bad the starting AC is that is very difficult to do and the default controls do not help either.

This is only useful in a speedrun and this mission was why I was playing the games in double speed for like a few weeks.
