Clearing Arena ranks F - S using only 1 build that I call the Bolt Wuerger. It is a high-mobility AC that utilizes turrets and the Wuerger laser shotgun. Basic strategy is to circle and dodge the enemy while releasing the turrets along your path and continuously doing so throughout the fight for a relentless barrage of laser fire. During all this, dodge and weave around the enemy while pummeling away with Wuerger regular and charged shots, and mix in assault armor as a combo ender or to break enemy pulse armor or shields.
