Video showing my S-rank attempt for the Alt (NG++) Reach the Coral Convergence mission, recorded in Update 1.02. I managed this despite needing all of my repair kits, getting staggered a few times, and expending quite a few Stun Needle rounds. Not a clean/expert run, but still got the job done.
I wasn't expecting to wipe out the ACs at the beginning so quickly, nor defeating Iguazu the moment he arrived, but that probably helped with the time requirement.
I chose the Coral generator and Kikaku boosters to maximize my ability to speedrun through the areas, but, since I'm dealing with so many ACs, I wanted to have the best Melee boost speed. I chose a heavy biped build since I like being able to jump but I don't need reverse-joint jump abilities. Given that I'm fighting ACs, I was willing to sacrifice jump height for more AP and Attitude Stability, hence the chonky Dessert legs. The Mind Beta head is to increase stagger resistance, while the VP-46D arms are for the Melee specialization for the Laser Lance. I figured I'd be using the Zimmerman more for staggering than for damage dealing in this mission. VE-40A body because heavyweight.
