I had a bunch of generalized questions and a few specific ones as well about how stuff works like exactly how lock speed works and how to calculate it.

The OTHER build guide I made was for a specific person as labeled that was more geared around what he asked and the build style he was asking for.


I tried to cover a few more broad topics in this one as well as specific questions but as you can see I just sort of started rambling at the end, I was reading a list I wrote down and some were very board questions I wasn't really sure how to answer and they never responded when I asked for more info.

I don't think I went over shot precision and aim precision well, long story short, the lower the value of the shot precision, the wider the cone the bullet can end up being shot in based on rng, the same for aim precision, basically, the game first calculates the aim precision, and randomly in the cone is the center of the cone that the shot precision starts. The Higher the number the tighter the cone of deviation.

But the tracking of the game of high speed targets etc. tries to lead shots, so if they are changing speed or angle they are moving it can still miss, which is where bullet velocity comes in, the faster it gets to them, the harder it is to dodge. Which is why snipers can be nice even if the dps isn't high.

As for Firing Range, that is just when the weapon STARTS tracking, not what is the best range to fire it. That is more determined by the 2 accuracy stats and bullet velocity. You can sort of feel when it is and isn't working.
