From your starting point, fly over the cliff to your left and hug the left border. It is the least defended, and you are protected from the first of the Wall's. Shortly however, the Juggernaut will fire massive AoE shells from above. Quickly dive down into the city and keep moving! If you must dodge the Juggernaut's shots near the beginning while still at a high level, do a double dodge to the side because those shells can damage you even if they impact far away! The further away, the lesser the damage. And then take out the Gatling Guns, use the city for cover from the Wall's railcannons. Take a few out for some bonus as well as keeping them out of the fight as you take down the BAWS Tetrapod. And then charge through the inside and take the Juggernaut down.
