Arquerite Promotion: min cost

A difficult puzzle to do with only a single fixed arm. I determined that the one optional access point would be used to double up on the input, for easier input suppression. The half-access glyphs all point away from the arm because the Y shapes make that arrangement convenient.
This algorithm first pulls the quicksilver off of 12 inputs, making a chain with alternating waste and a 4-gold Y. Then it unwinds the chain, stacking waste in an alternate direction and turning each golden Y into an output. Easier said than done, of course. This is probably the most difficult min cost puzzle I have actually beaten (though, not as difficult as Refined Bronze which has only been solved from scratch by PentaPig)
