Art of Rally - One Stage in every Location (Top Leaderboard Runs)
The developer of Absolute Drift has recently released his second game, called Art of Rally. I got the chance to play through the game this week and record some footage for you guys. Here you can see one top leaderboard run in each of the 5 locations in the game, which are Finland, Sardinia, Norway, Germany and Japan. I am also using cars from 5 different car classes and countries.
Timeline:
0:00 Finland - Noormarkku with The Esky V1 (Group 2)
3:29 Sardinia - San Gavino Monreale with Il Nonno 313 (Group 3)
7:09 Norway - Stronstad with Turbo Brick (Group 4)
10:51 Germany - Hockweiler with Das Hammer V2 (Group B)
14:49 Japan - Nikko with The Fujin (Group A)
Absolute Drift by Dune Casu / funselektor was a unique and fun indie game that I really enjoyed completing, so I was looking forward to his second game Art of Rally and it's once again very well made, with a beautiful art style and some pretty nice physics that are a very good fit for the game.
Completing the game takes about 15 hours, with the career mode consisting of 30 rally seasons in 6 different car classes. Each of the 5 locations in the game has 6 different stages plus their reverse versions and also a free roam map with collectibles. The stages that are shown in this video are the shortest ones for each location. There are also some that take around 4 minutes.
There are 50 different cars, with most of them modeled after iconic real world rally cars.
The game also has a time attack mode with leaderboards for every stage and every car class. You can also choose different time and weather conditions like sunset, night, rain and fog.
If you like the art style and are interested in a relaxing single player game, then I can definitely recommend Art of Rally.
