*Ok, not completely free, but there is a new free version and it's pretty generous in what you can do. Articy:Draft 3 is a one of a kind program for game designers... think about it as MS Project + MS Visio for game designers. You can create your entire game design, from program flow, to item inventory to branching dialogs and global variables, entirely in Articy Draft 3... which can then be exported, including exporters for Unity and Unreal Engine, which both have plugins available.
